No student can be admitted to two regular programs concurrently within or outside the University, except if a student pursuing a degree program in the University is permitted to enroll in part-time certificate/diploma/advanced diploma courses or programs/courses under the distance learning mode approved by the UGC. Prior permission from the University is required for additional programs under the distance mode.
Part-time courses can be joined by students if they meet the eligibility requirements as per the laid-down procedure.
A student who has completed a Postgraduate/Undergraduate/Certificate program/course in a particular discipline cannot be readmitted to the same program/course in that discipline.
Individuals who have been suspended, rusticated, debarred, or expelled by the University's competent authority cannot claim admission to any course. Similarly, individuals under suspension or expulsion from another institution/university cannot be admitted to any course during the period of their sentence.
Admission to any course can be revoked if any material information provided by the student is found to be false or incorrect.
A student admitted to any course as a full-time regular student forfeits this right if they become an ex-student of the University. They are not permitted to appear in any University examination as an ex-student, except for improvement exams if permitted by the rules.
Admission for every program is advertised nationally in leading newspapers and on the University's website. Applications must be submitted to the Director of Admissions within the specified deadline for each program.
Eligibility criteria and admission processes prescribed by the University must be followed for each specific course of study.

Upon enrollment, students are assigned a registration number.
Admission to a program is granted upon registration as a student of the University and payment of the prescribed fee.
