“Kamarajar College of Education” was established by the “Kamarajar Educational Charitable Trust” has started in 1998. This College was started with the noble aim of imparting Quality Teacher Education (B.Ed.,) to the rural students who are socially and economically backward in this district. It is the benevolent management of “Kamarajar Educational Charitable Trust” which takes utmost care in generating Value based Quality Teachers for the society under the dynamic leadership of Thiru. R. NALLATHAMBI, M.A., Chairman of this trust. Our college is approved by NCTE, Bangalore, and affiliated with Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Chennai. It offers a one-year B.Ed., degree course from the year 2007 and has successfully embarked on its journey of 9th year in the field of Teacher Education in 2015 – 2016.

Students are allowed to borrow books from the library for their reference. The number of books that they can borrow will be intimated during the commencement of the Academic year. KCOE SPORTS

Kamarajar Educational Institutions are evincing keen interest in developing the sports activities of the students inside the campus.
