With the constant efforts of the founding members, a group of intellectuals, educators and patriots such as Dr Col. D.S.Raju, a close associate of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Jawaharlal Nehru, the former Prime MinisterIndia, Dr P.V.N. Raju, Dr P. Chiranjeevini Kumari, Dr NSR Sastry and others. The College was formed by the Education Society, Kakinada under the education policy adopted by the state government under the chairmanship of Dr P.V.N. Raju. The Secretary and Correspondent of the Council is Dr P.Chiranjeevini Kumari a renowned educator, scholar and famous writer of Telugu literature under whose direction and administration of the College have flourished year after year.

The requirement of the day is computer Education. Our computer lab has 49 systems and provides knowledge and experience to our students all the time. Students utilise the Internet facility to download and prepare for their teaching practicals and use the Net for Powerpoint preparation.
