National Law Institute University is a public law school and a National Law University located in Bhopal, India. Established in 1997 by the State of Madhya Pradesh, it is the second law school established under the National Law School system.
We, at NLIU, believe that for true development as a human, education and sports are the indispensables. Sports, all the while being important physical exercise, also help develop the character of a human being, by teaching them the importance of discipline and practice, and imparting the important lesson on the importance of team work. Hence, the sports committee has undertaken the responsibility of inculcating the environment of Sports in NLIU.
N.V. Ramana, B.Sc., B.L., was born in an agricultural family on August 27, 1957 in Ponnavaram Village, Krishna District. He enrolled as an Advocate on February 10, 1983. He has practiced in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Central and Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunals and the Supreme Court of India in Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Labour, Service and Election matters. He has specialized in Constitutional, Criminal, Service and Inter-State River laws.
