JIPMAT is a national-level entrance examination for the Class 12th candidates who want to be admitted into the IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu’s 5-Year Integrated Program in Management. JIPMAT stands for the Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test. JIPMAT is an alternative to gain admission to your preferred IIMs. The competition in JIPMAT is lower than that of the CAT exam. The IPM program provides students with the option to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Management Studies after three years or complete the integrated program, which lasts for five years and results in an MBA qualification. The National Testing Agency administers the exam at 78 centres across the country. The exam is conducted online and includes questions from quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal aptitude. JIPMAT enrolls around 60 students in a batch.
